Senior project ideas

The research on environmental science that everyone presented was very interesting and inspiring, but i have an idea already that i really want to do. I want to do a sound project about our class's garden. I want to record the sounds of the garden, such as insects chirping, the sounds of sprinklers, or maybe the sound of rain if i get the chance to catch it. I am also interested in recording the class talking about the garden, and their own plants. I am planing on putting the recordings on a CD, and play it at exhibition.

    That sounds really interesting! It would be cool to record sounds during different weather days like on a day its maybe raining. sounds cool

    I think that this is a good idea that other people are already interested in. I think that a lot of people would help you with this. Its also gonna be very cool for exhibition night when people are walking around. This is a really cool idea.

    It seems like you have your project all planned out, good job. Your idea is really good. I really dont know if its going to be hard to record the sounds and put them together but other than that the idea sounds great. I think you should add more nature sounds like rain, wind, and stuff like that to make it more interesting. Good luck.

    This is great! Another thing you could do to the tracks is to overlay people talking about the plants over the sounds of the weather and garden. I think that this is something you'd enjoy, too: it seems like something that you'd work hard on because you want to, not because you have to.
